The small community of Merritt has another published author. Jeff bloom has published a book on crows and his experience as a crow pet owner. Jeff talked years ago of his pet crows when he was a child and now has it in a book: Squawker: free as a bird will be presented at the Merritt library on Saturday September 21st at 1;00 PM

Jeff bloom has a business that reclaims hardwood wood and him and his wife had Blooms nursery in Merritt his wife now works in the Merritt Hospital.

There is a draw for a free copy of Squawker.

Squawker is a childrens book.
