November 6th 2022 we return to daylight savings time. This includes most of the continent. Arizona likes cooler evenings and puts up with some more evening darkness

Some areas in British Columbia stay on Mountain time and observe daylight savings time changeing at 2 am.

This is because they are linked to Alberta, Mountain Standard Time is GMT-7.

March 2022 the US Senate passed a law to protect sunshine and make daylight saving time year-round. The law needs to be passed in the House of Representatives and then signed by the US president enacted and proclaimed. Canada is prepared to follow if and when this happens. DST remains interrupted by a return to standard Time at this time and most areas of Canada in the United States.
