This picture is purported as the original Coldwater Hotel in Merritt. Burned down in 1907. Built by Wilber McIntyre, replaced two years later.

This exaggerated picture has an inaccurate caption saying that the new hotel was ,built after the fire . However there are other photos showing that the new hotel was constructed before it burned.
