Some concern over why OSBINL was not taken into custody and was killed. Some relieved we were spared a trial.
We think that since they were service men that did the job and they have a mutual interest in the conventions of war that on the balance of probabilities they understood the dynamic of a combatant laying down his weapon and showing empty hands we would think that the people in the compound would be aware of that . However we surmise that radicals perhaps would not be prone to doing that leaving the disposition on the raiders to challenge them. so untill someone comes up with hard testimony to the contrary we think it was legal although a process would have supported the administration of justice and surelyundermined arbitrary action.
