There has been a facelift on the 3 business mall on Voght Street.Central Park Plaza,2840 Voght Street. It now looks like a western shop with batten board and covered sidewalk entrance.
The 10×10 timbers come from a portable sawmill owned by Joey Starr’s in Mammet Lake a unincorporated rural area west of town on 97c off highway 8 .
Joey Stars was a principle in an auto body shop yard and building that became the office for the new pellet plant that was idled.
The Plaza is occupied by Century 21, Real Estate ,Beyond the Willow,an artisan art and picture framing business, and Paul Lesage Construction, the general contractor that did the facelift. There is also a law practice in the building in the realtors.
