The police attended an accident Saturday night of Nicola avenue. A large pick up truck was stopped through the intersection next to a restaurant . There was visible damage to the hood,and bystanders said a man was struck .

The owner of the restaurant said the elderly man was a regular,that came every Saturday at 4:30 for the buffet.

The Police were there along time behind barrier tapes takeing pictures.
