The Petro Can on Voght and Nicola was the first signage we noticed that showed  that the gas price was down to $1.33 a litre.  that is now on par for  the price  in Kamloops 50 minutes away on the Coquihalla Highway.  an interview with a worker at another PC on the top of the hill revealed that her 2 weeks of service sees her still at 10.25 per hour about minimum wage.  There are all kinds of subsidies in the world,

The arts council is a non-profit organization without paid help.They strive  to bring relevant culture and art to citizens.
