Trans Mountain hiring since 19/9/30

The expansion project that will see a twin pipe set up between Edmonton Alberta and Burnaby BC has hired 2,200 people since September 30th.
As of September 30, Trans Mountain and our contractors have hired more than 2,200 people for the Project, with a focus on Indigenous, local and regional workers. This includes heavy equipment operators, trades people, environment and safety roles, engineers and construction managers.
Carbon offset.
A Petro-Canada Station on Voght street was doing the final connections to its two EV car chargers on Thursday. The Live by the Leaf project is connecting an EV charging line across Canada for quick chargers.
Editors Note: EV charging is not a reliable mass transportation system at this point. There are about 1 million electric vehicles in North America.(40 models now in Canada.)
Preparing for EVS: Charge it

The entry of a major player line Petro Canada may be more then a carbon offset and cause some growth in EV usage.
