Normal is as normal feels: and sounds…
What is normal? It matters the context, what is normal to a drowning person is not normal to a secure lively individual. So by the end of summer there is a hope for normal life back to the people of BC that have endured a long bout of pandemic lessoned activity. This is a desire that is different with many people those that nearly drowned in the time period . And those that did reasonably well with the support given will have a different take on what is normal of normal. The people that did better by it another take.
To continue the metaphor of the drowning man, throwing a line that is reachable and not taken will produce a survivor that has a view of his individual effort being the value to be preserved. A good and strong reserve going forward for him to risk again, Those that were dependant will remain dependant but in truth no one had a complete case of either or as the effect of one played into the experience of the other. This will be the continuing normal for going forward for some time more.
Build your bridges forward and backwards.
It’s a two way street give and it comes back or maybe if not it goes some where you have effected situations unkown! We are all in this together ,a communicable disease that has no redemption in its self. But we all contribute to the pot of hope and the balancing of outcome.
Everyone offends…
Living our lives and doing our lively hoods offends or challenges others in a way out of our control however offending with our talk is mostly in our control and if we do not offend lightly in speech and other communications we are to be commented. In a joint written statement, Provincial Health Officer Dr. Bonnie Henry and Health Minister Adrian Dix said that from May 21 to May 22, there 356 new cases. From May 22 to May 23, there were 325 new cases, and in the last 24 hours, there have been 293 new cases. This brings the total number of newly recorded cases over the weekend to 974, and the provincially recorded total to 142,347.
Broken down by health region, this equates to 157 new cases of COVID-19 in the Vancouver Coastal Health region, 630 new cases in the Fraser Health region, 25 in the Island Health region, 117 in the Interior Health region, 44 in the Northern Health region, and one new case of a person who resides outside of Canada.

The last item under Interesting things in he right hand menu bar on the blog home page has a butterflies and moths link to log sightings. data collected is used for conservation purposes. If you take in a campsite this year why not take a picture of butterflies , moths and caterpillars and register them once you open an account. There are many identified on the website already and adding yours will enhance data collection.
The power utility has camp sites in BC and unlike the the the dam visitor sites the rec sites are open this spring and summer (avoid weekends) as they are busy then.
