We bought some farmers market type free range eggs at the Baillie house a couple weeks ago. Nice brown shell, nice eggs. On using them we found one with no yoke. apparently it happens, there are no health concerns about using the remaining white and we did. Two weeks later were fine, that’s the royal were.
