The local government has made a bylaw(on a trial basis to limited numbers) saying you can keep a few chickens, word is no rooster max 4 .I talked to the owner of these birds (four) one is indisposed for photo. Says he gets 3-4 eggs a day and they are productive like that for a year. Lots of people think you need a rooster to get eggs ,not so. Chicken soup in a year not so as well says these birds boss as the are pets to him calls him his rugby team as if you give a piece of bread to one they run and play like a scrum would after a disposed ball.
