Yesterday there were two Constables observed on bikes with short pants. The men were talking to a person in an undeveloped field on Garcia Street.

The Garcia street down town has been a concern for the law and council for  illicit activities and gets attention from the Downtown policing station as well. A constable Tracey Dunsmore is the most active voice for the DPO and its activity about town which includes volunteers.
