The Pacific Forest Rally is through Merritt again  September 30th and October 1; this week .Numbers of rally cars will be about and tearing up at least the pit stop area with noise and excitement. The rally comes here often and has numbers of sponsers and a following. Their site is : www.pacificforestrally.com

Dog show

Every summer for years there has been a dog show in Voght Park. We have yet to hear of the one this summer. We know that the volunteers were having a time keeping up the interest. However their results were always great. The CanineReview sent a coverage Van and the breeds were demonstratively beautiful. We hope they are taking a rest and will be back next year.
