Police Forces

Local jurisdictions , this patrol car bearing Delta Police Markings is from a community in the lower mainland. It was recently seen going through our south central interior city on who knows what duty. We have the Royal Canadian Mounted Police here. About 20 officers contracted to the City from that  Federal Police Force. British Columbia contracts the most with the Federal Government Force There is no Provincial police only city ones and that results in 38 percent, there about, of the RCMP’s contracted members being in BC. Of the 20 odd members that are here some  of them have  federal duties including First Nations Policing . A flow chart issued by them shows four lines of responsibility each under a corporal, an operations Sargent ,and one Staff Sargent as NCO in charge.

MM

This item is the second such laying in the street, this person has seen. One assumes it is Medical Pot. The first was brought to the attention of the local coroner and she affirmed  in her opinion it was. She removed it. There is a health food store that advertises some form of it in a local store . The local police are fond of putting,  a most wanted add, under the add that the store runs for MM.

Remember that entrapment  defence laws exclude those  that have a predispostion for something not legal ; ie a record.

We think they may be falling from those that have motorized wheel chairs, however it does not represent a significant public interest at this time , to us here.
