Beyond fruit.

The Nicola Vallley community arts council has started its Febeuary Community show titled Beyond Fruit. The show is featuring still life from a number of Artists and Perspectives, It runs untill mid March at 3051 Nicola in Merritt BC. There is an artist reception on Friday February 17th 4 -7 PM.

Greeks think Tuesday is bad luck because Constantinople fell on a Tuesday.

Wimpy the hamburger hustler would gladly pay you back Tuesday for a hamburger today.

Its a good day to see a dentist.

Local music makers from the past soothed many a breast.

Sorry to hear of the passing of Lisa Marie Priestley, daughter of Elvis Priestley. Lisa was an entertainer and was at the Golden Globe awards this week. There was no reason given for her death. She had been attended with CPR and passed in her 54th year.

Lisa was married to rock star Michael Jackson at one time, she leaves a net worth of 16 million dollars.
