Canada has won national pride for gold in the international hockey community the twentieth time.
The first international juniors hockey tournament was held in 1977. However there were three unofficial tournaments starting in 1974.
Gold medals have been overwhelmingly won by Russia and Canada with 31of the 45 contests up to 2021 going to those two countries.
Congratulations to all those that participated this year including the Czech team that was in the final game.
The World Junior tournament is hosted by the International Hockey Federation.

Honor is required by those systems, intimacy is personal and sometimes bows to love showed by comitmemt, That said, be thankful for parents and remember they were children once with the same share of that bliss that you will get. No not criminals but those that are rivals and competitors. I am always amazed by how associations work so well in free societies. Would be rivals come together for common reasons and are better off then they would be associated with others that ate less assocated. This is often accomplished by respect.

The NNS is participating in the annual Christmas bird count again this year. On Saturday the members and president Alan Burger will go out and count and classify numbers of our our featured friends. The goal beyond the pleasant outing and enjoying a fellowship experience will provide data. The data is for here is usually published by February and those that care take note over time and experience in the dynamics of ornithology and its progress or decline.
This will be the 24th Christmas Bird Count in the Merritt count circle. You don’t have to be an expert birder to participate – the count is done in groups and there are always one or more experienced birders in each group.
