No not criminals but those that are rivals and competitors. I am always amazed by how associations work so well in free societies. Would be rivals come together for common reasons and are better off then they would be associated with others that ate less assocated. This is often accomplished by respect.
There will be an increase of 0.03 . minutes over yesterday as the soltice is achievied at 1.48 Pacific time. By December 31 the daylight will have over a full minute increase.
