CTV news is reporting that mental health support is being offered with respect to the local emergency conditions of the past,whatever.

The target group is 15000 evacuated from the wildfire situation.

So can you lose your job over old age probably not if you are an employee and can resonably perform. However Lisa is part entertainer and may have had a personal service contract that can be cancelled and that cancellation negotiated. Ratings may be part of it ( not the hair part, and no brush offs.)
