yes try as you might…..

The Nicola Naturalists had a presentation on invasive species last night. About 60 members and interested listened Steve Maricle to facts including 55 species that have invaded territory and ecology  that is not their own in Canada. This includes 6 species of fish in BC, Large mouth bass, small mouth bass,Yellow Perch,Pumpkinspotted, and Goldfish. These fish are transported to lakes and waterways not their own and often have an advantage over the indigenous species.

The speaker said in 1999 they tried offering a 5000 dollar reward to report transportation of these fish and had no response but got a value out of the raising of the profile that the reward engendered.

The Dominos Pizza is out of commission as well, no idea on a dollar value, and the papers say it is still under investigation.
