Well would a tariff opportunity speed things up … Tic…

The Artemis program is currently underway, with several missions planned to establish a sustainable presence on the Moon as a stepping stone for human missions to Mars. Here’s an update on its progress and the outlook for a Mars landing:
Artemis Program Status:
The Artemis program is organized into a series of increasingly complex missions. Here’s the current status of the initial missions:
* Artemis I: This uncrewed test flight successfully orbited the Moon and returned to Earth in November 2022, serving as the first integrated test of the Space Launch System (SLS) rocket and the Orion spacecraft.
* Artemis II: This mission will be the first crewed flight of the Orion spacecraft, sending a crew of four astronauts around the Moon. It is currently targeted for launch no earlier than April 2026.
* Artemis III: This mission aims to land astronauts on the Moon’s South Pole region. It is currently scheduled for mid-2027. This mission will use the SpaceX Starship Human Landing System (HLS) to transport two astronauts to the lunar surface.
* Artemis IV: This mission is planned for late 2028 and will involve docking with the Lunar Gateway, a small space station that will orbit the Moon. Astronauts will transfer through the Gateway to the HLS for their descent to the lunar surface.
* Artemis V: Planned for March 2030, this mission will also dock with the Gateway and is expected to involve a longer stay on the lunar surface, contributing to the establishment of a permanent lunar habitat.
When to Expect a Landing on Mars:
The Artemis program’s long-term goal is to prepare for human expeditions to Mars. While there isn’t a specific date set, NASA’s planning indicates that a crewed mission to Mars could plausibly happen in the mid to late 2030s.
* Some sources mention a potential three-year crewed expedition to Mars with a return planned between 2035 and 2038. The duration of the stay on Mars could vary from 90 to 500 Earth days, depending on favorable return windows.
It’s important to note that the timeline for Mars missions is more fluid and depends on the success of the Artemis lunar missions, the development of necessary technologies, and continued funding. The experience gained from establishing a sustained presence on the Moon, including testing technologies and understanding the challenges of long-duration deep space missions, is crucial for the eventual human exploration of Mars.
Good luck, we will not hold our breath…
In this video, you will discover fascinating insights about the possibility of establishing a moon base and eventually a home base on Mars. The exploration of space has always intrigued humanity, and the idea of having a permanent presence on other celestial bodies is becoming an exciting reality.
One of the main motives for establishing a moon base is to use it as a stepping stone for future missions to Mars. The moon’s proximity to Earth enables scientists and astronauts to conduct experiments, test equipment, and develop the necessary technologies for deep space exploration. It provides an opportunity to fine-tune systems and processes before venturing further into the cosmos.
As we look to the future, the prospect of a home base on Mars is indeed captivating. The Red Planet’s similarities to Earth, including its rotational period and the presence of ice on its poles, make it a potential candidate for human colonization. Scientists and engineers are envisioning habitats and sustainable ecosystems that would support human life on Mars.
Though the challenges of establishing these bases are great, the possibilities they hold are even greater. They could enable us to conduct groundbreaking research, expand our understanding of the universe, and perhaps even pave the way for future interplanetary civilizations.
Remember, the journey to the stars is a collective effort. If you have any questions or doubts, rest assured that the scientific community is working tirelessly to address them. Humanity’s quest for knowledge and exploration has always pushed the boundaries of what is possible, and together we are shaping the future of space exploration.
So, let your curiosity soar, and imagine a future where humans have established moon and Mars bases – places where the dreams of space enthusiasts become a reality. The future of space exploration is brimming with excitement, and we are lucky to witness this extraordinary chapter in human history.
Safe travels among the stars!
The THING OF IT IS: ENERGY: can not be destroyed but only changed ( E=Mc squared). Wherever it came from ( was it you?) it cycles back to mass then to energy again! So the second law of thermal dynamics is a simple concept “heat goes to cold and chaos goes back to order” we are always in that cycle.
Expansion of space and the curve of time, are dependant on this mass/energy dynamic with gravity making different elements from particles, (I knew there was a chemistry between you and me!)
Note: Your thoughts are eternal and somehow above that process.K
You are because you think.
So
The famous equation E=mc^2, formulated by Albert Einstein, is a fundamental principle in physics. It states that energy (E) is equivalent to mass (m) multiplied by the square of the speed of light (c). This equation reveals the profound relationship between mass and energy, suggesting that mass can be converted into energy and vice versa. It has far-reaching implications for understanding the behavior of matter and the nature of the universe.

Spooky action at a distance, law of attraction. Note worthy.

Is this just the result of all the generations of Trekies (Star trek) the TV series 1996 -1969 coming to age. We think not! Its more likely a mix of mans curiosity and pragmatic need to know the way to live and survive and to react to the powers that keep human life going.
The dynamics of survival dictate from time to time a cooperation to the sane and rational and have preserved the species as whole over that time. This cooperation seems always to need a larger then normal operating field than that of the individual participants, giving the value to space and its sharing of risk benefit return a credibility.
So good luck in your share of this dynamic and lets hope its more then entertainment.
Me thinks…

So we know that the universe is expanding because of astronomy and its ability to see planets coming from other stars. Our galaxy The Milky Way has also a supermassive black hole with the center of it competing to draw matter into it and supposedly going through spaghetti application. Then what happens? Could it be that whatever is happening to the matter on the other side is empowering the expansion somehow rather than leftover momentum from a big bang.
Mass and energy still remains a bit of a mystery, compounded by the dynamic of darkness of energy and matter that we sit in, and feel the effect of gravitational waves. Waves 🌊 that must drive something we are not sure of.

There is a portion of a Falcon 9 rocket going to collide with the moon. A booster from a Falcon 9 is the story now however there is opinions that it is a piece of another countries program. This brings the private and government responsibility tension into view as Space X is a private contractor. who is the bylaw officer for space waste ? Who can dump where, and who is for liable for clean up? Salvage rights?
Things never change much, have 😊.

The commercialization of space has been a process that mirrored some of the disasters of the governments attempts to get into space for national defense purposes. This utilitarian outreach is something to be considered ,as it is still a pipe dream in some sense .
Good luck!
The public health people are quite pleased in the way immunizations is going and are suggesting that the variances that they are they are familiar with are within their scope of good health public health measures going forward through the summer and into the fall.
