Stuff rage is what we usually expect from predator prey relationships. However, maybe we should take another look. Maybe there is no animosity between predator and prey. Maybe they understand their relationships better than we do,and to go along with shared compassion for suffering .
Was it our influence on house cats that caused them to be able to torture mice before they?
Is the human race up to this?

The United States presidential election is today, November 5th, 2024.
This is not an ad it’s an opportunity to comment.
The Merritt and District Chamber of Commerce is long in the tooth here in our South Central interior British Columbia town /city.
We have observed over time the effectiveness of this small organization + its worthiness by being linked to numbers of other organizations such as local government, provincial government hydro. And anybody? Trying to make a buck in a livelihood in our country, CC work.
Our life here above 600 m would not be the same without the hard-working volunteers and business people that come together in this medium.
We recall that the first bit of fiber optic cable came to the local chamber of Commerce office when it was located in the Grand hotel on Garcia and Nicola in Merritt.
Generations have come and gone and had their time and got their hands dirty in the Commerce and construction of the business community here.

Always in an election mode. Thinking you wish the US election was over so we would have some rest for a few years.?
Well I hate to disappoint you but the United States is different then Canada. Yes, we can probably avoid most things in our politics for most of 4 years and only be committed to 6 weeks of some sort of rabbid attention. However, the United States is different. They determined when they made their constitution up that it would always have to be an election. There would be very little difference from regular days and campaign days because once settled in office it begins immediately again.
We have a lot of US media here in Canada, so in some aspects we are afflicted by the politics in the United States more than we ought to. We chose “*Responsible government” over their style of Representative government because it would give us some break from constant politics. Do you wonder why it seems like your life is embroiled, well just look and how much time you spend considering issues that you’ve delegated to your elected officials to solve for us. Even diplomacy between Canada and the United States is delegated. Not seeing it? You my friend have been sold, something that you shouldn’t have bought,
Maybe not, you know the ostrich population goes on and on, what else do they do that gives them the ability to survive if not providing the stillness to a prey that should be fleeing. How else do you provoke attention that you shouldn’t deserve? I bet that you have experienced toxic conversations more often than you needed in the last few years, whatever happened to the saying ” not my circus, not my monkeys”?
So we take note of who’s responsible in our community. Usually businessmen that are successful doctors that have good practices and surviving patients.Local counselors that did well at the local level.
Why can’t we pay attention to 6 weeks every 4 years? Elect people we can delegate and feel confident in and go back to our peace.
I think it’s because we’re baited to sell our peace at a paupers purse. When our peace as it was produced came without toxic troubled talk, but just good old responsible work. Borrowing trouble ⛈️ is a fools bargain.
You be wise and show calm and de-escalation wherever toxic and troubled politics. I want to see that value again.

La Nina ( unconfirmed) has set its course and is affecting the Gulf and Jet stream. The atmospheric and oceanic streams modis operandi is to determine the polar vortexes and their limitations as they work themselves up and down from the poles. These circular winds going round the globe have in them arms that are affected by tropical warmth coming up. These arms can cause static enduring inversion like pockets as they protrude out of the circular vortexes.These are areas of weather that stay for periods of time.
A light show once again. Some reports say that this phenomenon should go into even 2025-2026 solar maximum that causes more magnetic activity on the sun. Therefore, sending more particles past the Earth and therefore giving better lighting shows as these particles reflect sunlight back into space for our poles.

Time change is coming, on November the 3rd 2024,1am local time.
Pacific time will fall back to standard time from Daylight time for most of us in most parts of BC. Some areas do not change and are already on standard time such as all of Saskatchewan and the Yukon, parts of BC and pockets on the eastern coast, check your local area.
Always continue your diligence for safety when things like driving a routine route suddenly are seen in a different light than the previous day.
