Truth or opinion without malice is free speech…

EVEN THOUGH you think your right, be careful that permanent mediums have not got it as wrong and defamatory. While most losses have to be proven and a direct result of your maliceicious or deceptiveness there are a couple of iems that loss does not have to be proven.

Slander and libel can not be heard in lower courts only supreme courts can hear them and that is expensive according to sources. Cases are also aggravated by the frequency of publications.

There is no investagative inperiative in the normal world, that remains the relm of NS and war with every other deception that pollutes the style of human endeavour.

So, when you say something what if your wrong? well free speech is discourse in good faith. Diseption is not good faith.

Truth is the commodity

Good luck and stay away from 666.

The number 666 is often associated with the devil or evil due to its mention in religious texts and folklore. However, it is important to note that interpretations of this number vary widely across different cultures and belief systems. Some perceive it as a symbol of negative energy, while others may see it as a mere coincidence or an insignificant number. Ultimately, whether or not one believes in the significance of numbers is a personal choice. It’s always a good idea to focus on positive thoughts and actions rather than dwelling on superstitions or negative interpretations.

Both items are typified as crisis. The group hosted a housing summit earlier and this is the 20th year since and drug laws were liberalized in BC.

Declaritive forum

The UBCM is a forum for discussion and getting together of municipalities across a province it will be passing resolutions that are declarative in nature and are sometimes brought back to the legislature or to the home jurisdictions of all the mayors and councils in BC. On the agenda is resolution in respect to difficulties in getting permits and to access annual allowable cuts for the forest industry.

They are data based on the internet.

Not everything on the internet is true, and because it’s on the internet that statement is true however it does not validate it’s truthfulness as fact. Facts need to be verified and they are sometimes very tied by attribution, so you should be concerned that who is saying a fact has and what their credibility is this logical person, the fictional character of Spock has some credibility I’ll ever remember he is fictional so we wish that you might all take heed and verify your facts. Example yes Spock is a Klingon in a United universe patrolling where no man had ever gone along with the federation based on Earth and going to the Stars. However whatever, what else, whatever, what else is true is that he’s a fictional character. Computer shut down the phasers.

Homicidies in Canada 2020

There were 743 homicides in Canada in 2020. The change was plus 56 from 2019, the rate per 1100k of the population was 1.95. The breakdown by sex was 568 male to 171 female; who ahead?

These stats are all homicides, which means survival of violence is a different thing and it is subject to social priorities. ( ie: 1 in 5 were gang-related, down considerably since 2016). If death because of gang activities is effectively addressed, because of priorities then AW violence can also be.

Edmonton Alberta had the highest homicide rate; 3.19 per 100 K, with Montreal the lowest at 0.97. Once again these are all homicide statistics and hide an ugly monster.

Beating deaths were .34 of homicides down from a high of 0.53 in 1993.

British Columbia had 8 more homicides in 2020, Alberta had 39 more.

There were 277 homicides in Canada by firearms nearly half with handguns ( Whos got handguns in Canada?)

You be the judge and not a stat.

November 1st-7th is crime prevention week. The most helpful thing a citizen can do to observe this week is to report crimes. Reporting will give you a leg up on civics and what is available to make safety a reality in your community.

The first way and the least intrusive is to call 911, the second is to call the listed non-Emergency number to the police, and the third is to report online. Online reporting only takes property crimes under $5000.00 and is less interactive.

The police are on alert this week for public interaction so this would be a good time to be aware and use your ability if indeed you are in that position. Good luck

The TMX project is ongoing, and the existing line will be running at capacity for the month of October 2021.

Seven percent apportionment (nominations for tariff on possible shipping), over capacity.

The volume of oil to run is at capacity, with 7 percent to be apportioned.

The energy sector around the world works on a monthly cycle. The Trans Mountain Pipeline is part of that cycle. Apportionment describes the amount of demand shippers place on the pipeline in excess of its available capacity. Here’s a step-by-step guide to the apportionment determination that’s carried out every month for the existing Trans Mountain Pipeline system.

TM today
  • Each month our shippers submit requests for how much petroleum (crude oil and refined products) they want to ship through the pipeline to service their customers. These requests are called ‘nominations’.
  • Based on shippers’ nominations, we then determine the ‘capacity’ available on the pipeline for the month. Determining pipeline capacity is complex. Capacity is affected by, among other things, the types of products that have been nominated, any pipeline system maintenance activities that will reduce flows that month and carry-over volumes that haven’t completed their transit of the pipeline by month’s end.
  • Based on available pipeline capacity and the volume of shipper nominations we received, we calculate apportionment using a method accepted by the Canada Energy Regulator and forming part of our tariff. A tariff includes the terms and conditions under which the service of a pipeline is offered or provided, including the tolls, the rules and regulations, and the practices relating to specific services.
  • If shipper nominations are less than pipeline capacity, the apportionment percentage to that destination is “zero” and all the product volumes nominated by shippers are accepted to be transported that month.
  • If shipper nominations exceed pipeline capacity, the apportionment is a percentage greater than zero.

Apportionment has been up to 40 percent…

The apportionment ( over capacity nominations) is sometimes up to 40 percent. This is a good indication that expansion is a good business plan.

The pipeline in use at this writing is the one that was built in 1958. The expansion project is building another line beside it.
