Did you get some viewing of the electro magnetic storm activity as it sent particles past the earth lately?

Safely Recreating in Hot Weather

When it comes to staying safe while enjoying outdoor activities in hot weather, it’s crucial to take certain precautions to avoid heat-related illnesses. Here are some tips for safely recreating in hot weather:

  1. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your outdoor activities. It’s essential to stay hydrated in hot weather to prevent dehydration.
  2. Dress Appropriately: Wear lightweight, light-colored, and loose-fitting clothing to help your body stay cool. Wearing a hat and sunglasses can also provide protection from the sun.
  3. Choose the Right Time: Schedule your outdoor activities during the cooler parts of the day, such as early morning or evening, to avoid the peak heat hours.
  4. Take Breaks in the Shade: If possible, take frequent breaks in shaded or air-conditioned areas to give your body a chance to cool down.
  5. Use Sunscreen: Apply sunscreen with a high SPF to protect your skin from sunburn.
  6. Know the Signs of Heat-Related Illnesses: Educate yourself on the symptoms of heat exhaustion and heatstroke, and be prepared to take action if you or someone else exhibits these symptoms.

By following these guidelines, you can safely enjoy outdoor recreation in hot weather while minimizing the risk of heat-related health issues.

The Face in the Moon

Present and looking on at us was the Moon on Friday night. In Merritt this picture was captured as it rose above Iron Mountain; the mountain is weather reference used to plant gardens in the spring. Gardens have suffered here as the weather has been cold and wet. If premonition is your bag the sky cleared of clouds on rising into this photo. However the Man in the moons face neither provided a smile nor a frown.

Good luck

Moon in weather

Weather lore often includes observations related to the moon, such as the belief that a ring around the moon signifies an approaching storm.I’m Additionally, folklore suggests that the moon’s appearance can provide some indication of upcoming weather conditions. For instance, a clear view of the moon could indicate fair weather, while a halo around the moon may indicate the approach of a warm front and possibly rainy conditions. While these observations may carry some anecdotal truth, it’s essential to rely on more scientific and reliable meteorological forecasts for accurate weather predictions. As such, while the moon’s appearance could be an interesting aspect of weather lore, it should not be used as the sole basis for making important weather-related decisions.

Benefits of Power Line Right of Way Grids for Nature

No Magic bullet

Safety demands approval for any presence on power right of ways.

Power line right of way grids can indeed be beneficial for nature in some ways. These areas can provide habitats for certain plant species that thrive in the open sunlight and may attract a variety of wildlife. Additionally, the maintenance of these areas often involves careful consideration for ecological impact, which can result in the preservation or restoration of native plant communities. However, it’s important to note that the specific impact on nature can vary depending on factors such as the location, management practices, and surrounding landscape. Overall, power line right of way grids have the potential to coexist with and benefit nature when managed responsibly.

Power line right of ways are often maintained with herbicides to manage vegetation and prevent interference with the power lines. The use of herbicides is a common practice for maintaining these areas. However, the specific herbicides used and their application can vary based on local regulations, environmental considerations, and the policies of the power utility company responsible for the right of ways. It’s important for these activities to be conducted following safety guidelines and regulations to minimize potential risks to both humans and the environment. Regular monitoring and adherence to best practices help ensure that the use of herbicides is aligned with safety and environmental standards.

Property on the moon.

Not permanently attached

The moon base that is being planned is not attached to the moon. On Earth and in particular Canada the juristiction for regulation comes in two forms one being the government established over the land making by way of legislation that level of control, this is secured by the permanent attachment of buildings to land under the level of constitutional power given and its presence to govern.

The other being finance, dead pledge or other lenders and financers have laws that they can use to have returns of investment or other rewards out of underwriting.

Like Antarctica the moon is treaty bound not to be owned by any separate jurisdictions and like a trailer park equity is hard to realize. In tangibles such of knowledge can be freely exercised but like photos once printed they surly lose claim to tangible value as knowledge can seldom be bound.

Treaty since 1967

The governance and allocation of rights to the moon are indeed guided by an international treaty known as the Outer Space Treaty. This treaty, which came into force in 1967, outlines principles for the use and exploration of outer space, including the moon. It establishes that the moon and other celestial bodies are not subject to national appropriation by any means, and that they are to be used for peaceful purposes. Additionally, the treaty stipulates that the exploration and use of outer space, including the moon, should be carried out for the benefit of all countries and should not be subject to individual appropriation. Therefore, the tangible value of the moon cannot be owned or shared in the traditional sense, and any rights or claims to the moon must comply with the guidelines set forth in the Outer Space Treaty.

Gulf of Mexico to bring warmer weather to Canada.

The term “Pacific inflows for Canada” could refer to the movement of air or water from the Pacific Ocean toward Canada. These inflows can have various impacts on Canada’s climate, weather patterns, and marine ecosystems.

When a Pacific inflow causes extreme weather in the US, it can also impact Canada as it rises through. The movement of air or water from the Pacific Ocean toward Canada can lead to changes in Canada’s weather patterns, potentially bringing storms, precipitation, or shifts in temperature. These inflows can influence Canada’s climate, weather conditions, and marine ecosystems, and may result in a variety of impacts across different regions of the country.

April snow in Canada

April showers bring May flowers is on rocky start in parts of Canada as artic inflow comes from the Atlantic to the eastern provinces.

April snow in Canada can be quite common, especially in regions with colder climates. It’s not unusual for parts of Canada to experience snowfall well into April, especially in the northern and mountainous areas. However, extreme or heavy snowfall in April can disrupt daily life, transportation, and agriculture, as many people are preparing for spring. Stars are suns like ours.

12-P Pons-Brooks

This comet is called 12-P Pons-Brooks,the comet will make its closest approach to earth on April 8th. Comets are made of dust and ice and usually pose no threat. However superstition can cause great discomfort and loss of clear thinking when omens are over-believed.

Chemicals in comets play a crucial role in determining their appearance and behavior. These cosmic wanderers are composed of various substances, including water ice, carbon dioxide, methane, and ammonia. As a comet approaches the sun, these volatile compounds are heated, causing the release of dust and gas, which forms the characteristic coma and tail. The distinct colors observed in comet trails are a result of the chemical composition, with different elements producing different hues as they react to solar radiation. This fascinating phenomenon provides valuable insights into the composition of these celestial bodies.

Comet 12-p will likey b green as the chemicals are Dia Atom (two Carbon) and when mixing with outgas from the sun and heat will make that chemical signature.

The Venial equinox was on the 19th, however we had an extra day in February, the 29th day happens every 4 years.Today the 20th is the first full day of Spring. At equinox the sun is right over the equator then begins its 23 degree trip into our Northern hemisphere.

The correct term is “Vernal Equinox.” The Vernal Equinox, also known as the spring equinox, marks the beginning of spring in the Northern Hemisphere. It occurs around March 20th and is characterized by nearly equal amounts of daylight and darkness. This event signifies the transition from winter to spring, and is often associated with renewal and growth in nature.
